Special Intensive Revision 2026 The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) is a process undertaken to eliminate errors from the electoral rolls and prepare an accurate and error-free voter list. It ensures that every eligible citizen is correctly enrolled in the electoral roll. Verification of all existing voters is carried out. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) visit households to verify voter details. Electoral rolls prepared during 2002–2004 are considered as the reference records. Eligible voters will be enrolled as per the qualifying date: 01 October 2026. New voters can register by submitting Form 6 along with the prescribed declaration.
