Publishing standards
NoticeTap is published by HTuse. Our purpose is to make official education and public-service information easier to understand and act on. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
Who prepares this information
The NoticeTap byline identifies this publication, operated by HTuse. Most notice pages are compiled automatically from public official sources. It does not identify an individual reporter or imply that a person has reviewed each page. Contact the publisher at support@noticetap.com.
We do not claim to represent a government department, examination board or university. The issuing organisation shown on a notice is the source of the announcement, not the publisher of our explanation.
Sources and evidence
We retain the original official link and identify the issuing organisation. Where available, the reader includes supported information about the audience, actions, dates, selection, fees and required documents. Missing information remains missing; a headline is not evidence for eligibility, a deadline or a fee.
A source may be amended, unavailable or difficult to read. The original current notice and its amendments are authoritative. Notices and source restrictions are monitored within technical and access limits; coverage is not exhaustive.
Automation and AI assistance
Automation discovers links, reads supported pages and documents, and checks for changes. Paid AI assistance can classify a notice and select useful passages from extracted source text. Reader passages are checked against that text before publication. This is an automated evidence check, not independent human fact-checking.
OCR, source layouts and automated interpretation can still introduce errors. We do not use AI to invent quotes, deadlines, eligibility rules, claims of official endorsement or eyewitness reporting. We do not generate extra versions of a notice merely to increase search traffic.
One feed, original notice pages
All notices use the same NoticeTap feed and page layout. There is no separate news edition or news label. Eligible pages can provide search engines with article information, including the source, image and publication dates.
The Google News sitemap contains only recent, substantive announcements with an identifiable source and an evidenced recent official date. This automatic technical selection is not a claim that Google has accepted an article. It does not remove other notices, change their normal presentation or affect their availability in search and organisation pages.
Dates and changes
Added to NoticeTap records the original creation time of this page. Official publication date refers separately to the issuing source when supported by evidence. Details updated records changes to the page or its extracted details; routine rechecks do not create a new publication date.
The news sitemap uses the original NoticeTap publication time and contains qualifying articles from the preceding two days. Leaving that sitemap does not remove the article. Existing page URLs, saved links and ordinary sitemap entries remain available.
Images and attribution
NoticeTap illustrations are original explanatory artwork and are labelled as illustrations. They depict a subject, not an actual event, institution, certificate design or guarantee of a benefit. They contain no official emblems. Some topic illustrations can accompany more than one closely related notice.
An official document preview shows part of the source document. It is not evidence that every page of the document has been read. Source material remains attributable to its issuing organisation and is linked for verification.
Corrections and accountability
Report a problem at support@noticetap.com with the NoticeTap page, supporting official source and the precise correction. Our Corrections page explains the process. We do not promise an individual review of every automatically collected notice or a fixed support response time.
Any advertising or sponsored material must be distinguishable from notice information. A source listing, image or external link must not be represented as an endorsement. Commercial relationships must not be described as independent source evidence.
