The Institutions/Agencies having the expertise and willingness to undertake surveys and/or market studies, as and when referred by the CCI, are invited to submit their EoI in the prescribed format enclosed with this Request for EoI Document.
Who this is for
FOR EMPANELMENT i. The Institution/Agency should have completed at least five (5) surveys/economic analysis reports / studies relating to markets, competition, regulations, etc. during the last five (5) financial years. ii. The Institution/Agency should have, a team of at least two (2) Economics experts, on its rolls, with a minimum qualification of Master’s Degree in Economics/Business Economics/Financial Economics/Econometrics/ Statistics and professionals with relevant experience. iii. Selection will be made based on particulars and documents furnished by the applicant as required.
Important to know
The EoI, in the prescribed format, should reach the undersigned by 17:00 hrs on 28 th July, 2026 . Clarifications, if any, may be sought by writing to ecodivision @cci.gov.in by 30 th June, 2026 . Duly filled EoI must have the following attachments 1. Covering letter addressed to Joint Director, Economics Division, Competition Commission of India, 9 th Floor, Office Block - 1, Kidwai Nagar (East),New Delhi: 110023, India (Annexure-IV) 2. Latest organogram of the Institution/Agency 3. Proof of TAN, PAN, and GST No. 4. Brief about the Surveys/Economic analysis reports/ Studies conducted (maximum 10) in the last five (5) financial years. The initial empanelment will be for three (3) years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. However, on completion of the term and satisfactory performance of the Institution/Agency, the empanelment may be renewed for a period upto three (3) years by the Commission.
