Provisionally selected candidates are required to download their “ Admission Form ” from the official website of the University under “ Admissions ” tab on the home page and click on “ Submit Admission Form for 1 st Semester ” from 22 nd to 24 th of September 2026 by entering Entrance Test Roll Number or Form Number and DOB .
