The offer must be accompanied with earnest money of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty thousand only) & Cost of Tender paper Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur . The offers not accompanied with earnest money & cost of tender paper will be rejected. The successful bidder shall not read, copy, photograph, scan, publish, disclose, sell or otherwise use any such information. The bidder shall ensure secure handling and destruction/recycling so that examination-related confidential information cannot be reconstructed or misused.
