GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs ___ Circular No. DCS/S/Food Security/2015-16/142 Sub: Applications for National Food Security Card. Whereas the Government has initiated the process of implementation of National Food Security Act, 2013 in the State & the Guidelines for identification of eligible beneficiaries have also been notified. Accordingly, as per the decision of the State Government, this department invites application from eligible households for issue of the National Food Security Card.
