NOTIFICATION REGARDING NOMINATION FOR ARBITRATION MATTERS W.E.F. 30.10.2026

NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred on the Honourable the Chief Justice, under Paragraph - 3 of the Arbitration Scheme framed under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended vide Notification dated, 04.04.2007, the Honourable the Acting Chief Justice is pleased to nominate Honourable Mr. Justice D.N.RAY to deal with the requests made under Para-2 of the Scheme (Specially Assigned matters), with effect from 30.10.2026, on every Friday at 2:30 PM., after the Special Bench, if any.
