VII. Checklist of documents to be uploaded to the application portal 1. SSC/Class X certificate in support of Date of Birth. 2. Intermediate (10+2)/Class XII certificate. 3. Provisional certificate/Original Degree certificates and Marks Memos of the qualifying examinations. 4. For GEN-EWS candidates, EWS certificate issued on or after 01 st April, 2026 as per the format given in the Annexure-I only is acceptable. 5. Cast certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates).
