Accordingly, all Deans / Principals / Directors of Medical Colleges / Institutions are requested to disseminate information regarding ' Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan' among faculty members and students and encourage their active participation in the following activities:
Dates and schedule
MoSJE is organising an event to commemorate six years of ' Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan' , tentatively scheduled during the '2 nd or 4 th week of October 2026'.
Important to know
(i) taking the NMBA e-pledge; CDN-20011/322/2026-COORDINATION-NMC I/3904954/2026 (ii) organising awareness programmes on the harmful effects of substance abuse; (iii) undertaking community outreach and awareness activities involving medical students; and (iv) promoting a healthy, substance-free environment within the medical institution and the surrounding community.
