All the B. Tech. 7 th Semester students are hereby informed that they have to submit the proposed internship form (to be commenced from January 202 7 ) in their 8 th semester before 11 th December, 2026.

Step 1: E ach student has to fill the attached form (hard copy) along with Declaration of the student and the consent of the faculty member. Step 2: After filling this hard copy form, the student has to also fill & submit the Google form https://forms.gle/34QsWRDQ2E9FnJ818 (which requires to upload the consent letter of the organization + consent of the internal mentor).
Dates and schedule
Duration of internship a s a semester duration minimum ( 4 th January – 30 th April , 202 7 ). The students may start the training before the commencement of the 8 th semester ( i.e. , in winter vacation).
Documents to prepare
The hard copy of the form is to be submitted in the office of the D e partment of Mechanical Engineering (CAD Lab) before 11 th December, 2026.
Important to know
They must choose one internal mentor from the department, in addition to the ir mentor from the host organization. The duration of the internship will be for one semester cove ring not less than 14 weeks’ time , however in cas e if internship period at one place is less than semester it can be completed with the following combinations, (i) Outside (as mention in point 1) (ii) Within department (iii) Outside + Outside (iv) Outside + Department
