The following candidates are to attend the Viva Voce to be held at Nagaon and Guwahati campuses of MSSV as per the schedule provided in Annexure - I below .

Candidates appearing in the Viva-voce must bring a Concept Note (Maximum 4 pages): 2 (two) hard copies on the proposed research work/area of interest and submit the copies to the Viva Voce Board.

Documents to prepare
Candidates are to bring Valid Govt. Photo ID Card. Original Copies of all Testimonials along with self-attested photocopies of the same need to be submitted . List of Publications with details, evidence of publication and presentation in Seminar/ Conference with Paper/Book published, if any. Experience Certificate, if any.
Important to know
Candidates in employment must submit “ No Objection Certificate” from their respective employer before the Viva voce Board. Candidates to report in the venue 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
