Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU), Junagadh, has achieved a significant milestone in technology transfer through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shatrabhuj Farmer Producer Company Limited, Bhesan, Junagadh. The process technology entitled “Method for Enhancing Storage Stability of Pearl Millet Flour,” developed by the Department of Processing and Food Engineering, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (CAET), JAU, Junagadh, was transferred to the company for commercialization.
